Return & Exchange Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores or online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, or embroidered items.


We process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise. After we receive and process your return, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

Important note: Due to a backlog with our shipping carrier, please allow an additional week for returns processing.


We will gladly return any unembroidered item in its original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. While we are unable to process exchanges for different styles at this time, you may return your unwanted item and place a new order for the preferred style.
